Offered is this charming oval pickle tray or relish dish made in Austria. The little oval bowl features tab handles and a gold rim.
The bowl is glazed peacock blue, with the gold-framed cameo in the middle.
The lady depicted has upswept dark hair and a low cut gown.
Laurel wreaths encircle the cameo portrait.
The dish measures 9 3/8 inches long (24 cm), 5.5 inches wide (14 cm) and 1.25 inches high (3 cm).
It is marked SLS Austria with a crown and shield.
Very good used condition. No chips or cracks. Slight roughness on the ends at the tab handles. Gold trim in very good condition.
