Super Lube Silicone Heat Sink Compound is blended with thermally conductive, fine metal oxide powders. It will not harden, dry out or melt. This high quality thermally and viscosity stable compound aids in the efficient transfer of heat away from electronics and electrical components.
Each single-use pack contains 1cc (1ml) of the thermal compound.
